Throughout the process communication was excellent, the men who picked up our furniture etc were very careful and friendly and packed everything so well. We moved from Bermagui to Adelaide and Bay Removals held on to our belongings until we advised them of a delivery date. Again the men who delivered our furniture were excellent and very cooperative they had to move their truck twice for the garbage truck as we live in a cul de sac and this was no problem. The price was excellent for the amount we had and the distance covered. Everything arrived in perfect condition, even 2 large glass display cabinets. This is the 2nd time I have used Bay Removals. Both times I have found them to be most helpful and they handled things very professionally and efficiently and the price I found to be most reasonable When moving me from a two storey house everything was moved quickly and safely with their fork lift and they were all ‘packed’ within one and a half hours. When delivering me to my new house they were once again well organised, helpful and friendly, taking away any stress.
